My NEW GOAL FOr 2014

My number one priority is to be present and actively involved in the exercise and slimming diet and healthy lifestyle . Complete a marathon less than 8 hours , and exercise 3 times a week and wake up at 5 am and run 10lm ad preparing for marathon fully . Walk 1000 steps per day . Limit my snacks to SLIM DOWN TO 55KG so that I had more confident interacting with people and be back to Once I used to be successful beautiful lady . I will demonstrated through my actions that I can slim down and bea healthy again and succeed in my new job . NO MC , NO more lateness . No more gossips follow the rules of work . NOMORE GIVING UP EASILY or saying I can’t do it , I will preserve and endure and endeavour I will work to strengthened my loving and respectful , supportive relationship with Lucky and family a means to provide best possible environment for my family . and myself to be self-sufficient save 12 *200 =2400 1 year I believe I Can do anything ; to limit my activities or relationship that might take me away from God or my family and to weigh all decisions against what would be helpful , harmful , or indifferent to my emotional well being .
